Fold Over Elastic 5/8 inch 10 yard Halloween Pack

Glitter and Bubblegum is releasing its very first Glitter Pack. This pack contains 10 yards of fold over elastic. There are 5 different cuts with the measurement of each cut being 2 yards (2 x 5 =10). This is my Halloween Glitter pack. You can use the FOE to make approximately 30 hair ties or you can make headbands and add flowers. These are super cute and fun Halloween cuts of FOE. The cuts included are: Halloween Chevron, Candy Corns Bats, Spiders, White and Orange.
